Pre-order Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
These terms govern pre-orders placed on duomouth.com ("duomouth", "we", "us") for the duomouth dual-ended mint spray and lip balm pen and related packs. By completing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Use of pre-sale proceeds
Pre-sale proceeds are used by duomouth to fund the completion of final prototyping, tooling, first-run manufacturing, packaging, and fulfillment logistics required to bring the product to market. Placing a pre-order supports the development and production of the product and is not a passive investment or purchase of equity.
3. Future-order discount
Every pre-sale purchase includes a discount code redeemable on future orders at duomouth.com. The discount code will be delivered by email to the address associated with your pre-order at the time your first pre-sale shipment leaves our warehouse. Codes are single-use per account, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Discount amount and expiration will be stated in the email.
4. Shipping & timing
Pre-orders are currently scheduled to ship in Q1 2027 in the Mint flavor. Shipping windows are estimates and may shift due to manufacturing, supply chain, or regulatory factors outside our control. We will provide progress updates by email and tracking information once your order ships.
5. Charges & refunds
Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships by emailing info@duomouth.com from the address associated with your order. After shipment, a 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies from the delivery date; contact us for return instructions.
6. Product changes
Final production units may differ in minor ways (colorway, finish, packaging, formulation refinements) from images and descriptions shown during the pre-order window. Material changes affecting core functionality or safety will be communicated in advance with the option to cancel for a full refund.
7. No securities offering
Pre-orders are consumer purchases of a physical product. They are not an investment, security, or offer to sell any equity, debt, or profit-sharing interest in duomouth or any affiliated entity. Investor inquiries should be directed to info@duomouth.com.
